In this regard, all the organisers had to be appoint an Accountant to do all Accounting works like preparing & posting of vouchers, invoices, BRS, Ledgers etc &  to prepare Trail Balance, Profit & Loss Account & Balance Sheet.

From these  Books of Accounts maintained by the organiser(s)/ individuals, have to be audited & report by the Accountant (as per qualifications specified by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India Act, 1966) to the Income Tax Department.
